This is probably one of Kit's cutest outfits. The pictures never do it justice. It is really sweet and girly in person, not nearly as tom-boyish as it looks in the pictures. The sweater is sweet and very detailed. The skirt is nice and full. The tan socks look good and warm. The hat is a good fit, but the pom-pom on mine always looks disheveled- still very cute.
This is really a very pretty outfit.It is much more feminine than it appears in the photos. I consider this outfit to be a real gem and a must have for any collection, historical or modern. I think this outfit has such a classic look. The pieces are great to mix and match too. With the threat of possible retirement, I would hate to see anyone miss out on this adorable outfit.
