I'm sure many of us picked this up in Feb 05 seeing as it was on monthly special, and as I'm a big fan of Sam and Nellie's collections I couldn't resist. I must confess I was disappointed. I imagined that Jip was going to be more like coconut. I mean he's cute and a nice size just something didn't strike a love cord with me. He is longer than I expected (see below pic). I confess I wouldn't have invested in this item had it not been onsale. And unless you can't keep yourself from buying plush pups (or if this is THE last item you need) I'd suggest waiting till this goes on monthly sale or just passing it up.
I give it a very low B. He's cute nothing is wrong with him, but I'm not thrilled about him.

I got Jip on sale and he is much longer and taller than I anticipated. He is still cute, but I would have rather him been smaller as depicted in the books.
